Hello,
I've created a pivot table af the balance of my company. to create it i have two table, one for the data and a second one for classifiy the different voices and put them in order as require from italain fiscal law
My point is that since not all the voice of the scheme required from fiscal law are fill (because i don't have spefici data tu fill them on) happen that certain level do not appear, i would like see them all.
Another most important thing i would like fix is the level strucuture of pivot table. i would like to avoid level with empty spaces but without use +/- bottons. I assume there something I can do with a different structure of data.
Attached my file hope someone can help

Thank! That worked and I could delete the other attachment for you.
Not sure I fully understood your questions, but please have a look at the attached file. The format of the pivot tables (PT's) is now without empty spaces and there are no +/- buttons.
The format for the PT's is dealt with via the Design tab (when selecting a cell inside the table) and then on the far left, choose Report Layout. First select "Show in tabular form" then "Repeat all item labels".
Then, on the PivotTable Analyze tab you can unselect '+/- Buttons' in the 'Show' group.
Let me know is there's something else you need.
