Hi
I have watched your tutorials on creating a P&L using a regular pivot table where you are able to calculate GP, Net Profit, margin etc through using calculated fields
I see when you use power pivot the calculated field and item options are grayed out. Is there a way of achieving an outcome like a P&L using Power Pivot?
Thanks

Without seeing some of your own data it's difficult to come-up with a proper answer. But perhaps you find the example in the attached file useful. In PP you need to work with DAX measures to achieve results similar to calculated fields in regular pivot tables. I've used some very basic measures in the example and created a simple pivot table.
Hopefully, it points you into the right direction. If not, come back here and share some of your own (non-confidential) data.
