Is it worth learning? Depends on whether or not you will use it. If you are doing work that requires reporting and analysis then yes you will probably see a benefit to learning PP.

You do not need to learn PBI. PP is part of Excel so you can still use this analysis provided by PP in excel. However if you want to create visualizations and share your reports/error-refreshing-connections-dashboard-reports with others, then learning PBI will be useful too. Again the answer here is, it depends on your situation. What do you do and what do you want to do with the data you have?
