Hi- I am using the Power BI desktop version vs web version and sometimes find it difficult to follow the tutorial. Can you assist me in locating quick insights, full screen and get insights on the desktop version? Thanks

Hi Carolyn,
These are Power BI Service features only. For insights you need to have your data in the cloud for the AI to reference it and return insights.
Full Screen is a report reading feature available for published reports. Power BI desktop is the report design tool, it's not designed for report reading as such and therefore this feature isn't relevant there.
