Hello,
I am looking for help in project (Excel2019) calculate XIRR with newest date on starting cell and oldest date at the end of the column.

Hello Ravi,
Take a look at this information about XIRR function, it states that the dates can be in any order, but that it must be in a date format. So the date examples you gave will not work as is.
But you will ptobably notice that the first entry (from top) need to be the negative value.
