Need help and guidance. I am in a new position and have a new type of an assignment. We have a team of 4 analysts and looking to add another analyst as we need to plan for vacations to backfill when analysts are away. Does anyone know of any workload analysis templates, dashboards, and formulas to help build a case. Does anyone know of a calculation for man hours combined with vacation over a year span. If there are 48 work weeks a year, 37.5 hours a week with about 3 weeks vacation a year. Workload is as follows:

I'm afraid you're asking for a complete working people-business-model in Excel? There are of course different schemes on the web to plan your work over the year, also in Excel. But if you can find this kind of complete workflow system? For free? I doubt it, but I am also interested in how the reactions here are!
