Dear all, I have the following Excel problem: It has to do with man power demand distribution over time eg. I need a Project Manager over 12 month in total 120 hours. What is simple is to distribute the demand linear over 12 months which would result in 120/12 = 10h/month. Now what I want is eg. distribute the total demand as linear increasing or decreasing from month 1 to month 12 or similar (n to m) conserving the sum = total demand. How can I achieve this? I‘m lost … thx for any help, Klaus
