Hi,
I want to excel for the training program, where I have around 90 employees who need to complete 4 training. this training need to be refreshed every two year. so for every year I want the percentage complete and not complete data, this data should also include the employee who need the refresher course and whether they completed or not.
Can you help me with the formula.
Please find attached sample list.

It's not just a formula you need, you have to organize the data efficiently.
For this, you have to ask yourself a few questions:
All 90 employees will ALWAYS complete the exact 4 trainings? Is it possible for some of them to need only 1-3 trainings?
ALL Those trainings needs to be refreshed every 2 years? Can there be a training that must be renewed on a different amount of time, or never (a one time training)?
Do you want to know what trainings needs to be completed for current period? Or just the number?
If one employee for example has the 4 trainings in : 01-2017, 07-2017, 03-2018, 06-2018. What percentage should be displayed for this employee in 2019?
You will have to provide some manual answers/results to most common scenarios, it's not a simple problem and each question/answer can change the design of the final solution.

Thank you for your reply, please find my ans below:

All 90 employees will ALWAYS complete the exact 4 trainings? Is it possible for some of them to need only 1-3 trainings? yes it is possible that few employees will need only 2 training or 3 training only, that is the reason I have column stating training required (yes or no).
ALL Those trainings needs to be refreshed every 2 years? yes all course need to be refreshed every two year no variation.
Do you want to know what trainings needs to be completed for current period? I need percentage of not completed training for each and only the no of employee not completed the each training in each division.
If one employee for example has the 4 trainings in : 01-2017, 07-2017, 03-2018, 06-2018. What percentage should be displayed for this employee in 2019? I need completion percentage of the training and not for each employee
I hope I have answered all the scenario, can you please help me with the training sheet.
