Can anyone help me creating the excel code for...

How do i calculate individual rating score as per rating collated from trainees , I need to find of each 1,2,3,4,5 score ratings from a massive collated monthly evaluation. 

I want to find a specific total number of scores per trainer using their staff ID.

For example:

Rating Score Score

Staff Name: 

Anna 5 3 7 8 9 – Total number of Ratings of each ratings given to a specific trainer. 

Total number of Ratings of 1 

Total number of Ratings of 2

Total number of Ratings of 3

Total number of Ratings of 4

Total number of Ratings of 5

Hi Hope,

Please provide a workbook with data.  Recreating your data takes time and is prone to error if we do it by hand.  Best for you to supply it in the correct format.
