I have some data in my pivot which goes to 50 rows with some values. I don't want all these rows to populate in my bar chart but only top 10 rows in terms of revenue. Can you please guide me how to format my bar chart to consider only top 10. For information, I have sorted the data accordingly in such a way the highest value is on top.
Thanks

Hello,
Have you tried using value filters in the PT so the table only shows the top ten?

Thanks for responding. Yes I found out myself later but I am having a different issue. When I select any value from the slicers and if the value is zero, then, the x Axis is not showing the desired result. Please find attached a screen shot for one combination of plant where the plant code is not showing wherever the value is zero. Can you please let me know how to make it visible the plant code even if the value is zero?
Thanks again

Hello,
Sorry, no picture attached.
Better if you can upload a sample file with some dummy data, so we can see layout and what kind of data is in the table.

Sorry the attachment was not there earlier and thanks for your time to look into my requirement. The data is showing correctly as there was some issue with my source data which has been corrected and solved.
Thanks again for your time.
