Thanks for suggesting this platform. So my question is how to split the data based on the "SheetName" mention in the attached file consisting different fields in each sheet (consolidated monthly reports in this master sheet for cleaning and transforming purpose). It would be great if you can guide me through the process.

Welcome to our forum!
If I understand correctly, you want the data split into separate sheets based on the SheetName field. In which case, this isn't a job for Power Query. You can do this with PivotTables as explained here.
