Hello Lea,
Here is an article that gives some help about this topic.
As per standard Excel uses the date and time format set in the operating system, so either change the setting or create a custom date format in Excel, examples are in the linked article.
If you create a custom date format in Excel and the file is to be used by others in a country with a different date format, do inform in the workbook about the date format used.
