I am trying to automate a process where If a user enters a number in the cell, the workbook reads the number and populate the data which is available on that tab and populate it on the corresponding sheet.
I have attached the workbook. Under the DRS - Variations Tab, the quantity will be entered per day Day 1 - Day 31 against each line item.
What I would like it to do is;
DRS - Variations tab has a cell called Variation Number (E6), whenever a number is entered E.G. VO 1, I need it to read the quantities populated against each line item and transfer it across to the VO1 B tab in column Actual Qty "G3".
Is there any easier way to do this or can suggest something? I can link the each cell from the DRS - Variations tab feeding the quantities on each sheet such as VO2 B, VO3 B, but when the data gets entered into the DRS tab for VO1 B it will update all the other tabs if that makes sense.

I assume you enter a value in cell 'DRS - VARIATIONS'!C6, for example VO1 and that triggers fetching of data from tab VO1, is that correct understood? What I don’t understand is what data to fetch to where. You write ”… to the VO1 B tab in column Actual Qty G3” and as I understand your structure cell G3 would contain the labour costs for each person listed, but there are no such data in VO1 that is for each person.
I am afraid I don’t understand what it is you want to do. Can you perhaps extend your example to also show the expected result?
