What do you mean? Isis Swansea is on row 73 in the first pt and in column BU in the other. Though, you haven't put any data in either of them. They just have a filter by Contract Type and the Site as the row or column header.

The data for Ibis Swansea on row 70 on the 'Sites & Groups' tab, should be feeding through to the 3 tables on the 'Report' tab, but 'Ibis Swansea' does not show on any of the tables?

Aha! I had not seen that the Report tab contains pivot tables due to all the fancy formatting, but now I do 🙂

All your pivot tables filter our two specific contract types in the hidden row number 4. One of these happens to relate to Ibis Swansea. In fact, all sites with these contract types are excluded. Those being:

Not convinced that "concealing" pivot tables the way you did is wise as it doesn't make it easier to see what you are actually looking at. but that's your choice of course.
