Hi...
Possible to transpose the data from Pivot table in one cell. or there is any formula to update.
Regards/Saliha
Please attach a workbook rather than a picture so we dont have to try and re-create the data
Hi Purfleet
Here is the attachment.
Hi Every one
Please can any body solve this issues.
What version of Excel do you have?
Hi Veloyria
version - 2016
Hi Saliha,
Your question doesn't explain the issue or desired result. What do you mean "Possible to transpose the data from Pivot table in one cell. or there is any formula to update."
When I open your Excel file I see data and a PivotTable. It looks fine to me. I have no idea what is missing. Please elaborate and provide a before and after example so we can see the starting point and desired end result.

Hi Mynda
Yes need to Transpose the data from Pivot table in one cell, or there is nay formula to update.
Saliha
Please provide an example based on your sample file of what you're describing because I can't picture what you mean, sorry.
Hi Mynda
i have uploaded example
That file is exactly the same as the original file you uploaded. Neither of these files have an example of what you're expecting to see, so we cannot help you, sorry. I don't think I can explain it any clearer. If you can't show me an example what you want to see, then I'll have to close this thread, sorry.
Did you mean something like this perhaps?
Yes you right i want to know how to do this.
Regards/Saliha
Well done, Valouria! I had no idea what Saliha wanted.
In future, Saliha, please provide an example. Even one line showing how you wanted the data displayed would have got you an answer much sooner.
Please see Valouria's file for the answer. He used a Power Pivot DAX measure, which you can see in the Power Pivot tab > Measures > Manage Measures.
If you'd like to learn Power Pivot and DAX, please consider my Power Pivot course.

Hi Mynda
