Hello, I currently have 25 locations with sales and would like to create a Pivot chart that shows the top 5 individually and have a 6th section labeled "all others". I found that I can have a chart with top 5 only which does not help show market share or have all 25 which is too crowded for a pie chart.
The picture example is what I'm trying to create with a pivot chart.
Thank you

Hi Jake
1) Sort your pivot table base on the %
2) Group the bottom 20 and rename it as "All others"
3) Collapse entire fields in the Pivot Table.
4) Create the Pivot Pie Chart
5) Add the data labels and format accordingly.
Please refer attachment.
Hope this helps.
