Hi,
I have a document that had many refrences to other Excel files.
I recently changed it via Power Query so currently there is no connection to external file in any formula.
However I still get this message:
I did "Show Formula" in all sheets, and checked for the file in the "Edit Links" dialog box, and found nothing.
How can I find the cells that look for these external files?

Ayal Telem.
Can you show us the Edit links dialog?
For you? Anything : )
The first link is looking for a file that is the copy of the file I'm opening, a copy I created at one point, but never refrenced it in the original (even I wouldn't make such an idiotic refrencing).
The 2nd link is to a file that was once referenced to, but was then replaced by a PQ, and is now a sheet on the file I'm opening.

Ayal Telem.
Have you checked any conditional formatting formulas, data validation, charts, table formulas etc? Bill Manville’s FindLink add-in is very useful for things like this.
Hi Velouria,
Thanks for replying.
- Couldn't find the add-in you suggested. Searched for "FindLink", "Find Link" and "Manville".
- I thought that MS have a way to see the cells which have the problems, which, as far as I understand, they don't, which kinda puzzles me.
- For what ever reason, the Edit Links warning have stopped appearing. Probably something I did fixed it, but Excel was not aware of it...
Regads,

Really? It was the first hit for me using those search terms: https://www.manville.org.uk/software/findlink.htm
Like I said the problem for this file was solved somehow, but I will donwnload for next time.
Thanks a million.
