I am sure this can be done just not sure how to do it.

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that contains data and the last cell will require a specific response.

If that response is a certain response I want to turn the whole row containing data a particular colour.

Not sure if it is a formula but I can't locate it in Conditional Formatting.
