We run a tutoring agency.

Learners at the schools we send tutors to often have a certain number of sessions the schools pay for... say learner JS can have four sessions on a Tuesday, starting on, say July 1 - and learner FB can have three sessions on a Wednesday starting on July 2.
What we meed is a calendar to show how many sessions are left by marking each session as, say, JS 1/4, JS 2/4 and FB 1/3, FB 2/3 etc. They could be colour coded to make them clearer.
This way we can see when the block of sessions is coming to an end and we can approach the school to book another set.

One problem is that the sessions cannot take place during weekends, school holidays, bank holidays or what we call inset days when the teachers have meetings all day and no classes. And the end of term is usually the last Friday in July with return in the first week of September. We know all the dates when tuition canoot take place as the local authorities publish them well in advance.
