Good day all, after navigating to the "Help" menu in the ribbon and after clicking the icons available under the Help menu, a message appears "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again" My network connection is just fine as I am currently logged on to the course so there must be another cause. I would appreciate any inputs to remedy this issue.

Hello Peter,
I am assuming you mean the Help in Excel, also assuming you are using Microsoft 365.
