Hi All, can anyone please help me create a formula using IF function and Workday function. For a usual business day, I want the cell to be $150 but with the exception that if the business day is 3rd last day of the month the amount should be $1500 and if its on the 20th of the month the amount should be $500

Hi Aarti,
In the file, you will find a formula to get to the target. As far as the WORKDAY part is concerned, you can add your holidays (it's better with a list) as a third argument.
