Sorry to follow up but I ran into another road block I am hoping you may have another solve for. 

Basically, this spreadsheet is used weekly for company staff resourcing. Each week the previous week's worksheet is duplicated, the date updated in the workbook name, staff percentages updated across projects, and new projects are added using the button in D4 (that led to the Macro questions above). 

On the 'Master Output' worksheet I am trying to total the % or number of times each employee has on each project across all the workbooks. Given each week there is a new tab added, I tried to make a formula in Column D on the 'Inputs' tab that dynamically updates as new tabs are added for new weeks. I am currently getting #REF! errors on the 'Master Output' and I believe it is because I can't get D2 from the 'Inputs' tab to work in formulas. I was playing around in column AE on the 'Inputs' tab trying to chuck up the formula and can get it to work in AE14 if I hard code in the date in 'Inputs'!D2 but I can't seem to make it dynamic.

Sorry for the long ramble, just hoping I am missing something simple again.
