Hello, I am new to this group and new to excel. Thanks for any help. I have this table where cell H5 is a drop down list that selects a parcel number and auto populates column I with trees corresponding to each parcel selected. What I would like to do is to be able to have cells A5:H5 match the column length of column I when a value or text is entered in A5:H5. The value or text entered needs to be duplicated down each column to match the length of whatever column I will be. Column I is constantly changing based on the parcel selected from the H5 drop down list. I hope this makes sense. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Azatat

Hi Azatat,

Without your workbook and data it's a bit hard to know that I'm working on this correctly, but I think all you need is an IF AND formula.

If you check the attached workbook you'll see I've created the formulas for columns A and B.  I'll leave it to you to do it for the other columns.

Let me know if you get stuck.

Regards

Phil
