H! Yesterday, I was given an Excel file to figure out, managed by someone who no longer works here. There are multiple tabs on this file. entry into the colored tabs automatically copies into the month tabs. I don’t know how it’s copying. I don’t see any formulas, macros, vba, data connections, anything. Data is entered on a line into the first 3 columns, and then something in the gray and white columns, then somehow that data copies into the correct month tab.
I did see how the total tab pulls the monthly totals with a formula. I just don’t see how the monthly tabs are getting the data from the colored tabs.
There also appears to be a lot of conditional formatting. I removed some of the months to make the file smaller.
It’s probably something easy. Thank you for any help. I appreciate it!

Welcome to our forum!
I can't replicate this magical copying of data from the coloured tabs to the month tabs in the file you shared. e.g. I entered data for January on the Sheet-Fast sheet and it didn't appear on the Jan tab. I also changed some data on the Saw-Geka tab for January and it didn't change on the Jan sheet.
Have you actually managed to replicate it or is this just what someone has told you happens?
