I tried following this video: to convert dates in column A of attached file and no process in video will convert.

Do you have any other solutions?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the trust but don't expect we can 'see' what you're doing by just asking a question.
An attachment with dummy data without externla links will help and don't formet to mention the Office (Excel) version you're using too.
