Please, how do I fix the data reference invalid issue. Its really frutsrating. Also, the date is in UK format and giving errors.
@riny When I am about inserting Pivot Table and creating a connection in a new sheet, I get the error that says Data Source Reference Invalid.
I also have an issue with the hire date column. After converting from text to date, some of the data are giving error. DOn't know if that could be the reason this is happening.
I was only able to use the Close and Load to use the Pivot Table.
Not able to use the Close and Load To feature.
If there is any way you help to resolve this. Kindly help.

@adeleo Can't do much without the file. Can you upload it? Remove any confidential information if needed but leave the structure as so that the errors occur. and since this relates to Power Query (I assume) if there are connections to data outside the current workbook, I would need to see that data as well.
