I assume you're referring to the chat on the sheet called 'Gantt Chart'. If so, there's no easy way to apply a different colour to each bar. You would need to completely change the layout of the chart source data so that each bar's values were in their own columns and that in itself is going to have a knock on effect and make maintaining the source data very difficult. I honestly don't think it's practical.

You really need to decide if having the bars a different colour is going to add that much value and help the user interpret the chart any easier. If you do decide you must have them different colours, then it may be easier to select each bar one by one and set the fill colour individually.
