Every month, I need to send out an Outlook email to 2000 students. I have the email addresses in an Excel workbook and would like to customize the text body each month to reflect the latest announcements. The email addresses will be somewhat dynamic, in that there will be adds/deletes to the student list. I have seen applications where Excel VBA code is used to send messages via Outlook but the instructions are confusing to me. Are there tutorials or big clues on how to get started on this?
Any help would be appreciated.

You can remove the PDF attachment part, and improve the message.
