Hi,
Would like to know if there is a way to format a cell based on numerical value and a text field.
I've attached the file which shows the format that i'd like to use based off a pivot table.
I'm trying to highlight cells values based on column headers and team as shown in cells H5:H9.
Apologies as I looked on google and on the forums but could not find what I needed.

You have to add a conditional formatting rule, with the color you want, for range =$E$6:$G$9, with this formula:
=E$5=$H6
The $ sign is esential for the conditional formatting to work. More about conditional formattings: how-to-use-excel-conditional-formatting
