Can someone assist me?
Goal - In columns AW:BA, eliminate the "Y" when there is no text in AP:AT.
Question: Why is the number "0" zero recognized/highlighted in AW and AS?

Hi Melinda
Try this.
1) In cell AW16 enter =IF(COUNTIF($BD16:$BL16,AP16)>0,"Y","") and copy to the other cells.
2) Excel consider blank cells to contain 0
