Change Import Data Query Source Without Losing Extra Cells

Hello,

I have an Excel timesheet template that imports ticket data from a CSV file so I don’t have to retype everything. I’d like to update the query source without repeating the whole setup, but I have a problem: when the new source has fewer rows, Excel removes the blank cells and shifts everything up, breaking my formulas and formatting below the table. I’m also worried about what happens if the source ever has more rows, though that’s less likely.

How can I keep the extra rows in place when the data source changes, or create a reusable template for the query?

Thank you!
