Hi there!  I'm trying to wrangle my data to recreate Mynda's awesome HR Dashboard, as my HRIS program will not export what I need.  What I'm stuck on at the moment is trying to calculate a length of service (tenure), either to a termination date, or if there is no termination date, to the data export date in the spreadsheet.  

Would appreciate any help, thank you!!
