Does anyone know where I can find an amortization schedule that allows for a changing interest rate. The schedule should also allow for the ability to make random payments along with the normal scheduled payments?

I saw different versions of this when I did the Google search unfortunately this doesn't satisfy the requirement that I have where the borrower pays additional random amounts. For example, should the payment be $10 and the borrower decides to pay an additional $5 ($10+$5) in period 6.

After finally figuring out what the user wanted it turns out it wasn't really about amortization. It was more about calculating payments. Problem has been solved.
Sometimes the best solutions are found by getting the requester to fully understand what they are asking for.
