Saving Print Settings

Hi!

Working my way through Excel Expert, and I have one question from unit 1.11.

Can you save print settings (everything - margins, column widths, headers, scale, etc.) to a file so that whomever you may send the file to can print it the same way (perhaps this is automatic)?

And on that note, can you also copy print settings that you've got set up just to your liking to another file?

Hi Briana,

Print settings applied to a file are saved so others will automatically have those settings when they open the file. You can't copy print settings though, so your options are to make a copy of the file containing the settings you want and then edit it. Or apply the settings to your default Excel Workbook.
