My accounting software doesn't generate bank ledger into excel it generates either pdf or HTML what can be done to convert it into excel from html because I tried pdf to excel it doesn't come properly in excel lot of manual work required amount comes in below the dates in some cases below the narration like wise to see ledger into excel.

I would use Power Query to bring the data in from the PDF and then tidy it up from there. Once you do this the first time, you can re-use the query to repeat the process without having to re-create the query.
