Can you give some more detailed examples of what kinds of data are not needed to store in a dashboard workbook? In your dashboard video, you stated not to store data you don't need. Can you give some more examples of that, please? Thank you!

For example, when you create a report you often don't use all the columns in your source dataset. Or you might have data for multiple years and only need the last one or two. In these cases you'd remove the columns you don't need and filter out the rows of data that relate to years you aren't including in your reports.
Obviously, these are just examples, you would need to identify if this applied to the data you have available for your report, vs what you actually use in the report.
