I am working on a KPI dashboard. However, i am not able to get the data to flow to the DB and toggle between months easily. can you advise and guide me how this can be done please? I cant seem to attached the workbook or data because the file is too big so matter now much i delete . How can i send the workbook over to you?

I have managed to get the data flowing from the source datas (coming from 4 different tabs) to a KPI Data tab. And the Analysis Tab have data flowing from the KPI Data and ROM tab. From the Analysis tab the data should be flowing through to the Dashboard. But i am stuck there

Once the data flow to DB and the toggle between months is done. I would be including the indicator (Bullet with colors based on set targets) next to the % on the DB. Would that be a good idea ? I did try exploring Stacked charts and speedometer earlier. But the people who will be viewing the DB prefers to see values instead. Is the bullet indicator next to the % in DB a good idea?

Also i tried following the heat map strategy. How can u further improve my DB and make it more cool to interact but at the same time keeping it simple?
