Can a topic that has been marked as 'Complete' be changed back to 'Incomplete'?
If so, how do I do that?

Hi Ian,
We have to remove the mark complete flags in the back end. Please email a list of the session numbers and we'll do it for you.
BTW, this is the type of question that's more suited to emailing or the Help Desk as it's a technical issue to do with using the course software as opposed to an Excel Dashboard question.
