I encountered an issue when trying to build the dashboard from scratch. When creating the bar chart from PtExpColChart pivot table, “bar” is only visible for the first month (Jan). Other months only display values and not the “bars”. This occurs when I select one of the categories (apartment). How do I fix this issue?

Welcome to our forum.
If you bring the vertical axis back you'll see that it has a minimum of 133629.8333333333 and maximum of 133629.8333333334. And while the value for all the months in the PivotTable is 133629.83333333, the actual underlying value in the Pivot Cache for January must be being read as 133629.8333333334 and all the other months are being read as 133629.8333333333, and therefore aren't showing a column.
I recommend you change the vertical axis minimum to zero, which it should always be anyway.
