Hi Mandy,
I saw your tutorial Interactive Excel Project Management Dashboard - Step by step, i thought it was great, can you please help me with 2 things, a formula on the data tab that calculates days completed when I downloaded my template it didnt have a formula in there. Also can you please point me to the right direction so that I can show a monthly view at a time. Thanks for your help.

Hi Lisa,
Welcome to our forum!
The 'days completed' was never a formula. This represents how many days' worth of project work is completed. It can't be calculated based on any of the data, hence no formula.
To change the template to report monthly, you need to replace the dates in row 5 to month start dates in each column. Then change the conditional formatting formulas so they check whether each date falls inside that month e.g.:
=AND($D6+$G6>=K$5,$D6+$G6<=EOMONTH(K$5,0))
The formula above checks the start date + the days complete are greater than or equal to the month start date in cell K5 AND less than or equal to the end of the month date in K5.
More on EOMONTH function.
I hope that gets you started in the right direction. If you get stuck, please attach your file or sample file so we can help you further.

Hi Mandy,
I just want to thank you so much for responding to my question, you've been really helpful. I will keep watching your videos so that I can grow in my role as an analyst. I'm so grateful thank you so much. It took me a few days to figure out how to make EOmonth work and make the scroll bar work as well. I'm going to continue working on it and hopefully workout how I can show overdue projects. I am hoping my manager is not going to ask me to show this as a weekly view - that will take me ages to work it out but I will see how it goes.
Thanks so much.
Lisa
