Hello. I work for a community action agency and need to create a dashboard that shows our services/outcomes each month and our progress towards our strategic goals. I am very new to dashboards and hoping someone here might have some suggestions on how to set it up or a nonprofit template that I could modify for our needs.

Welcome to our forum!
We don't have any templates, sorry. It's highly unlikely that you'll find a template that does what you want. Mainly because everyone's needs are slightly different.
I prefer to teach people how to build their own dashboards so they can design a report that meets their business needs, rather than making their business fit a particular report.
