Hi Zaki,
You can't conditionally format a chart. You'd need to create another series for data points that go beyond a certain value and plot those. However with a pivot chart you can't add a series that isn't from a pivot table, so you may need to use an ordinary chart.
If you post your workbook I can have a look at possible solutions.
