I have created a simple dashboard with 5 charts that tracks calls to our member service center -- and compares one aspect of the calls -- how many of the total calls received are related to my department (eServices)?
Now that I have a good amount of day's data, I'd like to add a timeline filter to focus on pieces of the information month / quarter, etc. However, I keep getting two errors :
1. "We can't create a Timeline for this report because it doesn't have a field formatted as Date." (I believe it does); and
2. "No data connections in this workbook."
Is it possible to add a timeline without starting over?

PS. I dramatically reduced the # of days in data set as the file was very large. Hopefully this abbreviated file will suffice to illustrate my questions.

Thanks for sharing your file. The problem is the dates in column A of the Data Table are text and Excel can't read them as dates. They need to be converted to proper date serial numbers.

Once you've fixed the date format, refresh the PivotTables and try again.
