I have a couple of questions related to the answer page 3.14 uses for Rows. In the answer part the information that is display in the chart is from the 2018 year not 2017. Also I Could not do the V lookup formula, is this because Vlookup just looks Vertical? i did the formula with H Look up =HLOOKUP($C$112,$D$105:$G$109,ROW(A2),FALSE).

Hi Rosa,
Thanks for pointing out the error in that answer. It should be =INDEX($D$106:$G$109,ROWS($1:1),2)
You're correct about VLOOKUP, it can only lookup the region names, not the years across the columns. HLOOKUP is he correct option here.
