Hi John

I have two questions, the first is is it possible to format an entire row (without VBA) in a pivot table against the row value (consumption Liters/hrs) as per the example attached. In the example each row has been highlighted to show what i am trying to achieve and is compared against the average of the single value highlighted above.

The second question, can you explain if it is possible to conditional format against a predetermined list of consumption figures (high and low range) in a pivot table as per the attached example.

As per the example attached - SCO0017G - Lower Cons Limit 14 - Upper Cons Limit 18

If the value are within the range do not highlight, otherwise highlight red.

Hey Kevin,

Can you please provide me with 2 workbooks with the 2 different results that you want to show, by way of highlighting the Pivot Table.

At the moment the Pivot Table with all the highlights is difficult to determine how to best proceed.

Thanks,

John
