I am looking to build a spreadsheet where there are 3 lots of data that should move on a certain day of the week. I have attached a sample data sheet. On that, on the Work Out sheet, I have some sample data. What I would like to happen is: Every Monday data from Column G moves and replaces the data in Column I; same D to F and O to Q. Is this possible and, if so, how do I go about it?

After clicking "Add File" and selecting required file you need to click the "Start Upload" button.
