Hyperlink "mailto" - A range of cells as a Body

Hello Everyone,

I've been googling and youtubing around for hours, and can't seem to find a solution to my problem.

Due to my company policy macro that would allow me to add a single tab as an attachment and send it via e-mail has been disabled (group policy that will not change).

I've been looking for different solutions to this problem. I came across a "mailto" hyperlink that with click of a button can send an e-mail and after doing some testing. It does work.

The problem however is the fact that the formula I've found on internet only picks data from one cell as the body of my e-mail, and i need it to pick it from a range of cells.

I've spent hours editing the formula, but it just comes with so many errors, and I've no clue how to fix it.

=hyperlink(“mailto:”&K2&”? subject=“&K3&”body=“&A1&G24,”Send Email”)

P.S I hope i didn't make a fool of myself, and explained myself very clear 🙂

Hi Damian,

That formula does not work with a range of cells.

All you can do is to use vba to convert the range to HTML, this is the format accepted by the message body.
