When using the Data Model the PivotTable Option - Show Report Filter Pages is greyed out.
I am trying to accomplish the "Show Report Filter Pages" functionality through VBA on a PivotTable from a Data Model.
I successfully created a solution using a simple pivot table, but can't seem to develop a solution for my Data Model driven PivotTable (attached).
I am using Power Query to Transform &Load over 2 million records as a Connection Only AND into the Data Model. Using this approach creates a much smaller workbook than just using the Connection Only option without the Data Model.
Power Query + Connection Only + Data Model = Smaller workbook size, WITH NO Show Report Filter Pages functionality
Power Query + Connection Only = Larger workbook size, WITH Report Filter Pages functionality
Microsoft 365, PC
If anyone can assist and point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. If this isn't feasible, please let me know that as well. FYI - I am not a programmer, just learned some VBA through necessity.
Thank you all in advance!
Regards,
PJ
