hello, this is my first day here. I just started a month ago with using VBA. so far i could find the information i need in the forums on the internet.
but for this one i could't find anything, i hope one of you guys/girls can help me
I'm making an work registration list for my self and my colegues. in this workbook i created we have a certain amount of free days we can use, but those free day's we need to use before an certain time. if we didn't used it they will pass away. so i need to create an code that if those free days didn't used up before a certain time they will get deleted automatically.
so for excample;
I have an cell A1 where 240:00 hours stands in, I wanna use a second cell A2 with an date that is one year and 180 days later, and if there is still an value left in cell A1 that it will changed to 0:00.
but I need it to work on different cells and also with different times. because some free days will pass after one year and 180 days, and some free days after 5 years.
I hope someone knows the solution for me.

Hi, I'll say welcome to the forum.
I've been on it but not posted much answers. Your question did tickle my curiosity.
You mention that you just started with VBA but do have any programming knowledge? Other languages? I'm asking this because answers will probably be provided but could you handle and edit them yourself?
I would also suggest you attach a sample file (non sensitive data) and the version of Excel (Office) you're using.
Can be important due to compatibility issues that may arise.
