Auto create comments in excel cell (hover over triangle) based on another worksheet data |VBA & Macros|Excel Forum|My Online Training Hub

I was wondering if you had any ideas if the following is possible in excel and how to do it? Im really struggling and nobody so far has been able to help in a number of excel groups!

I have a worksheet named ‘live' that is populated by getpivotdata from a pivot table that is generated from a csv. 
I also have a worksheet in the same spreadsheet (sheet3) that contains additional data by product and sequence number. 
What i'm trying to do is........ If sheet 3 has data against a product and sequence number a comment is to be auto generated in the 'live' worksheet in the relevant cell showing the data contained in sheet 3 when hovered on red triangle.

'live' Worksheet has columns sequence and product and then values inserted via getpivot data based on qty.

'sheet3' has columns sequence and product and then order details in cells ...  example order1,qty3,machine1.  that i would like to be listed in the correct cell in the 'live' worksheet based on product and sequence number.  

Note:  I may have multiple lines in sheet 3 example.  

order1,qty3,machine1

order111,qty23,machine3

order11,qty113,machine1

Any ideas and support would be greatly appreciated. I'm all out of ideas!
